an existing DSL infrastructure. John set up the Sharedband office and set up the
customer billing system.

Professionals World is a new internet directory and centre for quality industry, business, leisure and lifestyle resources. It is designed for professional people in 30 sectors such as marketers, accountants, solicitors, doctors.
John worked with the company, helping to develop the plans and sales
messages and bring the directory to a successful launch.

John worked on this project from its inception in 1994 through the main
development stage to a user base of 700 in 2003.
Shaws are a publisher who needed to develop I.T. based products but who lacked
I.T. skills. John worked with the directors to create a team to create, market
and support such a product. He carried out the feasibility study and set up
administration, production, marketing and quality systems. To launch the
product he set up demonstrations and sales aids. He managed the project for a
number of years.
