John McMillan has the rare combination of a first class technical knowledge and solid business skills and experience. John has developed and marketed software and other high tech solutions for three decades, working for and with organisations from the largest to the smallest.

He still "keeps his hand in" by writing web and database applications. However he mostly works to bring his clients' software products to market. He is respected for bringing in a reality check, for defining goals and key issues, identifying appropriate resources and getting group decisions. He has a track record in achieving results.

He has a passion about helping business to develop. He is chairman of the Collaborate2Innovate group in East Anglia that encourages technology companies to increase opportunities through networking and is also President of the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce. He has worked with universities to encourage student and graduate entrepreneurs.
